Do you offer a return policy?

We offer a 30-day no questions asked return policy. Send us an email to bythaiswhite@gmail.com and we will gladly help you through the process. Please note that it may take 7 to 10 days for the credit to show up in your CC or bank statement.

Please note that monogrammed items are not returnable.

Are your products made in the USA?

All of our products are 100% handmade in Sugar Land, Texas and crafted from the highest quality leather available. OWL is a family-owned local business.

What about the materials?

We craft each of our pieces with 100% full-grain leather. You will see small scuffs and natural ‘imperfections’ in the natural fibers. These unique natural markings are what makes each piece unique and perfect in its own way…like you! They are also the markings of an exclusive, strong and durable product that will age beautifully and last for many years.

There may be some dye transfer to lighter surfaces due to our natural dye process.
